We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare
team. RNs play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive patient care, coordinating
interdisciplinary care plans, and advocating for patients' health and well-being. As an RN, you
will utilize your clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and compassionate demeanor to provide
high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patients'
health status, including physical, psychological, and emotional factors, and continuously
monitor their condition to identify changes, complications, or deterioration.
2. Care Planning and Implementation: Develop individualized care plans based on
patients' needs, medical history, and treatment goals, and implement nursing
interventions, treatments, and procedures to promote optimal health outcomes and
patient comfort.
3. Medication Management: Administer medications and intravenous therapies as
prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with
medication administration protocols and regulatory standards.
4. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical
conditions, treatment options, medication regimens, and self-care strategies to enhance
their understanding and involvement in their healthcare journey.
5. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced
practice providers, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs),
therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, facilitate
interdisciplinary rounds, and ensure continuity of care across healthcare settings.
6. Clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures and interventions, such as
wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management, adhering to
evidence-based practice guidelines and infection control protocols.
7. Patient Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate, promoting patients' rights, preferences,
and autonomy, and advocating for their needs and concerns within the healthcare team
and community resources.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
of patient assessments, interventions, outcomes, and communications in electronic
health records (EHR) or medical charts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements.
9. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance
improvement projects, and clinical research activities to enhance the quality, safety, and
effectiveness of patient care services and nursing practices.
10. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies,
including cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and trauma, following established protocols
and providing life-saving interventions and support to stabilize patients.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of
practice, with a clear record of good standing with the state board of nursing.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate Degree
in Nursing (ADN) or diploma in nursing accepted. Advanced degrees or certifications in
nursing specialties are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred, with
experience in medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, or specialty nursing areas
highly desirable.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments,
performing clinical procedures, administering medications, and managing complex
patient care situations with confidence and competence.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with healthcare team members, communicate with patients and
families, and convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable
manner.

abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and make sound clinical
