Key Responsibilities:

2. Mobility Support: Provide support and assistance with mobility, transferring, and
positioning to help clients move safely in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs, and
prevent falls or injuries.
3. Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed by
healthcare providers, assist with medication administration if required, and monitor
medication compliance.
4. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients' dietary
preferences, restrictions, and nutritional needs, ensuring they receive adequate
nourishment and hydration throughout the day.
5. Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, dusting,
vacuuming, laundry, and dishwashing, to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable
environment for clients.
6. Companionship: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients by engaging
in conversation, activities, hobbies, or leisure pursuits, and offering a caring and
attentive presence to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
7. Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to medical appointments, grocery
shopping, errands, social outings, or recreational activities, ensuring their safety and
comfort during travel.
8. Respite Care: Offer respite care services to family caregivers by providing temporary
relief and support in caring for their loved ones, allowing them to rest, recharge, or
attend to other responsibilities.
9. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, family
members, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers to ensure continuity of care,
address concerns, and provide updates on clients' condition and needs.
10. Emergency Response: Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations,
including accidents, injuries, or sudden changes in clients' health status, following
established protocols and seeking assistance as needed.
